As an organization, our goal is to create an atmosphere which accomplishes:

1. A clear understanding and communication conducive to the continuing growth of the EMF Balancing Technique.

2. Each teacher representing the work and themselves in a professional and respectful way honoring each and every student.

3. That all students who study with an EMF Teacher in any part of the world receive the same EMF Balancing Technique training.

We developed these goals with an eye to the future. Incorporating these standards into policies will help to ensure that our goals are met. One of the tenets in our Mission Vision and Values statement - "to honor each and every individual" is an implied trust that our teachers are doing everything within their ability to meet the standards as outlined in the policies.

As we continue to grow to a higher profile, we will experience greater scrutiny, and it will be more important than ever to have a high set of standards in place. Remember we already have the ability as an organization to grant Continuing Education Units (CEU's) to body workers and massage professionals. We are moving closer to mainstream acceptance - EMF Practitioners on an individual basis can offer CEU's to nurses, and we are in the process of gaining acceptance as an organization to grant CEU's to nurses. Similar status has been attained in Australia, and we are vigorously pursuing officially recognized status in Germany, and will continue to expand this pursuit in all parts of the world.
