Today the EMF Balancing Technique includes four phases. In order to restructure the Calibration Lattice in a gradual, constructive way, one has to go through them step by step; there are no shortcuts or jumping over the phases; each phase has its own significance and its own effect on the Lattice. In a conversation I had with Dubro, she told me that she has received in channeling four more phases, that she will soon begin to teach, and that in her vision she can see at least four more steps. Dubro works with gold and platinum energy. The gold light always held a high healing qualities, its healing effect is direct and powerful, and it also influences the physical level down to the cellular and molecular level.

In the UCL Introduction workshop, before Dubro starts teaching the four phases, she teaches simple exercises of energy cleansing, resonating intent and various methods of sending energy. All the exercises are very simple and highly powerful. It always works this way in the spiritual world: the simpler - the more powerful. Following the basic energy training, one approaches the four phases. Each phase has its own series of movements, each movement creates a template of gold light. The sequence of the movements creates a new order in the energy body.

Phase I: Balancing the wisdom and the emotions, the mind and the heart. "In the new energy", says Dubro one learns how to think with the heart and to feel with the mind. Balancing the wisdom and emotions reduces stress, releases tension, and contributes to our well being.

Phase II: Focusing on Self direction and Self support. In this phase you can release excess energy connected to the past, without having to experience that energy again. In this phase we want to transform our intent to a column of gold light.

Phase III: Intensifying core energy - increasing our spiritual intelligence. In this phase we are ready to take greater responsibility in the universal plan. We are ready to be in a state of awareness where we connect to I AM that I AM.

Phase IV: Focusing on energetic accomplishment. Learning to manifest our potential, to co-create with joy with the universe and to be in partnership with the Creator.
