Prerequisites:
– Phases I-IV Accredited Practitioner
– signed acknowledgement of the guiding principles of the LatticeLogic™ programs
– signed License Agreement – LatticeLogic™ for Organizations Facilitator

This program has been specially developed to help bring out the full potential of organizations. Practitioners and Teachers of the EMF Balancing Technique will be able to offer and deliver a modular program to corporations and other organizations after taking a 5-day training. This training will also cover how to conduct the sales process and will provide the necessary sales materials.

LatticeLogic™ for Organizations is a new program that aims to support and enhance organizations of any kind, such as private companies, government institutions, NGO’s, schools, hospitals, communities and more.

The program is offered as a full 5-day training to EMF Teachers and Practitioners who are interested in working with organizations. Taking this training will allow the participants to offer and deliver this special EEI modular program to corporations and other organizations. This 5-day training also covers how to conduct the sales process and provides the necessary sales materials.

The program builds on both The Lattice / EMF understandings and specific knowledge about organizational dynamics, business challenges, leadership and implementing change. Its main objective is to drive organizations to develop much more of their full potential. It aims to acknowledge, at a deep level, the relation between the wellbeing of the organization and the wellbeing of the individual, and to learn how to enhance both. It involves the application of specific methodologies which allow calibrating and balancing human energy dynamics at both collective and individual levels within organizations.

Corporations and organizations in general are facing internal and external challenges in these times of rapid and profound change. The purpose of the LatticeLogic™ for Organizations work is to fuel their aggregate human capacity to its next level of expression, manifesting more of their potential. Just as the EMF Balancing Technique^® helps individuals, so can this work help organizations reach further in their purposes and with greater joy.

Peggy Phoenix Dubro is an international speaker, author and teacher. As a pioneer in the new energy dynamics she is known for her ability to teach with great clarity and touch the hearts of individuals all over the world. She is the discoverer of the Universal Calibration Lattice (UCL) and originator of the EMF Balancing Technique, practiced and taught in more than 70 countries worldwide.

Jorge A. Bianchi has been a consultant in strategy and performance management for over 8 years, providing services to major corporations around the world in countries such as the United States, Chile, Venezuela, United Kingdom, Argentina, Brazil and Peru, first through Ernst & Young Consulting and then as Co-Founder and Partner of Vantaz Group, a consulting firm based out of Santiago, Chile. His client base includes companies such as BHP Billiton, Southwest Airlines, Enap, VTR Globalcom, Telefonica del Sur, Forus and Telefonica Group, among others. Jorge holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. One of his main areas of work and research is the evolution of consciousness and specific tools and practices that help individuals and organizations reach higher levels of fulfilment and success. Jorge is an EMF Balancing Technique Teacher of Teachers and delivers seminars and trainings in different countries.
