QUESTION: What are the system technical requirements to attend the webinar, e.g. which browser do I need to have, what bandwidth, etc?

QUESTION: I just registered for the webinar but I have not received any confirmation email. What is happening?
ANSWER: You will receive reminder emails from WebinarJam with the link to the webinar. These reminders will come your way 2 days before the webinar, one day before, 2 hours before and finally 10 minutes before. Be sure to check your 'spam' folder if you don't see the emails from WebinarJam. If the emails are not there, please register again using a different email address - if you do not have another address, we suggest getting a free Gmail account.

QUESTION: My city and time zone is not listed anywhere. How do I know what time to connect?
ANSWER: Here’s a link to a time zone converter… Simply look up your city here: www.timeanddate.com

QUESTION: I don’t have the link to access to the webinar. How do I get it?
ANSWER: You will receive reminder emails from WebinarJam a few times before the event. Each reminder will have a link directly to the event. Be sure to check your “spam” folder if you don’t see the emails from WebinarJam 48, 24, and 2 hours prior to the event. If the emails are not there, please register again using a different email address - if you do not have another address, we suggest getting a free Gmail account.

QUESTION: I have my link to the webinar, but cannot connect. What should I do?
ANSWER: Please close any other applications that are running on your computer including other browsers and other internet connections, then try to connect again – you may need to reboot. Also it is suggested that you use one of these browsers to connect to the webinar:

QUESTION: I was viewing the webinar, but now my connection has got very slow and/or has been lost. What should I do?
ANSWER: Please close any other applications that are running on your computer including other browsers and other internet connections. Then do the following:

  • Try a browser refresh: e.g. hit F5 or click the browser refresh arrow.
  • If not fixed, try a 'shift-refresh': i.e. hold down the 'Shift' key and then either hit F5 or click the browser refresh arrow.
  • If not fixed, close the browser window and re-follow the link to the webinar

QUESTION: What happens if I cannot reach the webinar live, can I watch it later?
ANSWER: Yes! The webinar will be recorded, and a link to the replay will be made available to all who have registered. So even if you cannot attend the webinar “live and in person” be sure to register so we can send you the link to the recording!

QUESTION: I'd like to join the webinar from my mobile device/tablet. Can I do this?
ANSWER: Yes, by downloading an app! You can learn more here:
